Add up a post's interactions (likes, comments, and saves and shares if you have them), divide by your followers and multiply by 100. Use an average over your last 10 or so posts so one viral post doesn't skew it. Dividing by views instead shows how engaging a post was for the people who saw it.

As a rule of thumb, by followers: under 1% is low, 1% to 3% is typical, 3% to 6% is strong, and above 6% is exceptional. Smaller accounts usually have higher rates than large ones, so compare with accounts of a similar size.

Yes, that's very high by any common benchmark. It's most often seen on smaller accounts with a close audience, or on a post that reached far beyond the account's followers.

On a professional account, open a post or reel and tap View insights. Saves and shares are listed there. A personal account can switch to a professional one for free in Settings.

By followers measures how much of your audience interacts; by views measures how engaging the post was to whoever saw it, including people who don't follow you. A reel that travels far beyond your followers can score high by followers and modest by views.
