algrohack operates www.algrohack.com. In these terms “we” means algrohack, and “you” means the person using the service.

By creating an account you accept these terms. If you do not, the honest thing is not to create one — and if you already have, write to us and we will close it.

algrohack is a writing tool for short-form video creators. It reads what you have already published, learns how you write, and helps you plan and draft new scripts. Everything it produces is a draft for you to judge, edit and record.

You need to be 18 or older, and the account is yours alone — don't share your login. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you.

When you connect an Instagram handle we read what that account has already made public: the profile, recent posts and their captions, and the words spoken in recent videos. We read it to learn your voice. We do not post as you, message anyone, follow anyone, or change anything on your account, and we never ask for your Instagram password.

What you write here is yours. Scripts, ideas, notes and plans stay your property, and nothing in these terms takes a licence to publish, resell or train on them. We store them so the product can show them back to you, and we process them through the AI providers listed in our Privacy Policy in order to answer you.

Drafts are produced by AI models. They can be wrong, repetitive, or plainly unsuited to what you meant. Read anything before you publish it. You are responsible for what you post under your own name, including anything that started life here.

We do not promise views, followers, engagement, revenue or reach, and nothing on this site should be read as a forecast of any of them. Short-form distribution is decided by platforms we do not control and cannot predict. What we offer is help writing; what happens after you publish is not ours to guarantee.

When a draft is written from somebody else's video, it is written to borrow the shape of the idea and not the words. Copying another creator's script, passing their work off as yours, or infringing anyone's rights is on you, not on the tool.

Don't use algrohack to:

• break the law, or the rules of the platforms you post to;
• impersonate somebody, or pass another person's work off as your own;
• make content that harasses, defames, or sexualises anyone, or targets children;
• resell, scrape or automate the service, or work around the usage limits on your plan;
• attack the service or attempt to reach accounts or data that are not yours.

Usage limits exist because each request costs real money to serve. They are applied per account, and we may adjust them — if a change would affect how you already use the product, we will tell you before it takes effect.

Paid plans are billed through Razorpay. Card details are entered in Razorpay's own checkout and never reach our servers. The price is the one shown to you at checkout before you confirm, and taxes are applied as the law requires.

A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Cancelling, refunds and what happens to a free trial are set out in full in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

You can cancel at any time from Settings, and close your account by writing to us. Closing it removes your content from the product; we keep only what the law requires us to keep.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that charges back a legitimate payment, or that we are required to act on. Where it is safe and lawful to do so, we will say why and give you a chance to put it right first.

The service is provided as it is. We work to keep it running, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free — it depends on third-party platforms and AI providers whose availability is not ours to promise.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before it arose, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost audience or indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

The product is early and these terms will change with it. The date at the top says when they last did. For a change that materially affects you — pricing, what we do with your content, or the limits on your plan — we will tell you by email before it takes effect, not by quietly editing this page.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
